HEALTHY LIFESTYLE GOALS!

I'VE HAD THE COMMON STRUGGLE WITH MY WEIGHT AS MOST PEOPLE DO. THERE'S TIMES WHERE I'M REALLY INTO FITNESS AND EATING RIGHT. PEOPLE START TO NOTICE I'VE LOST WEIGHT, AND CLOTHES BEGIN TO FALL OFF OF ME. THEN FOR SOME FUCKED UP REASON, IT'S LIKE I TAKE 40 STEPS BACKWARDS!!! "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!" I ASK MYSELF. THUS I'M CREATING A NEW PLAN FOR MYSELF, THAT WILL ENSURE THAT I WILL STAY ON TRACK TO A BETTER LIFESTYLE. THERE'S NEVER BEEN A CERTAIN PANT SIZE OR WEIGHT THAT I WANT TO BE AT. I NOTICE THAT PEOPLE AROUND ME TEND TO DRIVE THEMSELVES CRAZY DOING THAT, AND I JUST DON'T WANT THAT FOR MYSELF. WHEN MY ENERGY IS GOOD, THAT'S WHEN I KNOW I'M DOING RIGHT BY MY BODY. BEING ABLE TO RUN UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS AND NOT BE TIRED IS WHAT I MISS!!! I'M NOT EXPECTING AN OVERNIGHT SUCCESS, AND I'M STARTING WITH SMALL STEPS. I FIGURE THAT WAY I WON'T FEEL OVERWHELMED, AND I'LL HAVE MUCH MORE SUCCESS. IN THE PAST, I'VE TRIED SLIM FAST (YEAH RIGHT!), AND A COUPLE OTHER PRODUCTS. I FEEL LIKE WHEN I BECOME RELIANT ON THESE FAD DIETS, I DON'T GET LASTING RESULTS. ALSO, IT'S FUCKING EXPENSIVE TO SPEND A TON OF MONEY ON THAT STUFF. 

SINCE I HAVE XBOX WITH KINECT, I'M GOING TO USE THE BIGGEST LOSER WORKOUT I HAVE. I ACTUALLY LIKE IT DESPITE THE KINECT NOT PICKING ME UP THE WAY IT SHOULD. I THINK SOME OF THOSE GAMES ARE RIGGED THOUGH. THINK ABOUT IT, THE BLACK EYED PEAS EXPERIENCE AND THE BIGGEST LOSER MAKE ME WORK 5X HARDER THAN I HAVE TO WITH THE OTHER GAMES I HAVE! BHAHAHAH!!!

I WAS GOING TO LIST THE FOODS I NEED TO GIVE UP, BUT I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S SELF-EXPLANATORY, RIGHT? SUGAR, FATS, PROCESSED FOODS, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT ISN'T GOOD FOR MY BODY I NEED TO GIVE UP. SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE! IT'S LIKE SOMEONE TAKING COFFEE AWAY FROM ME WHILE I'M SLEEPING. WAKE UP TO FIX A CUP, AND IT'S NOT THERE! WHAT THE HELL!!!! OH HELL NAW! 

LASTLY, THESE ARE MY GOALS FOR GETTING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:


  1. WORK OUT AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK
  2. DON'T EAT AFTER 7PM
  3. HAVE A CHEAT DAY ONCE A WEEK
  4. DRINK MORE WATER! DRINK MORE WATER! DRINK MORE WATER!
  5. GO TO BE BEFORE 11PM
  6. PREP MY LUNCH FOR WORK
  7. SET ATTAINABLE GOALS FOR MYSELF
  8. ADD MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES TO MY DIET
  9. DRINK WATER BETWEEN MEALS
  10. ADD $1 TO A JAR EACH TIME I WORK OUT
